In order to raise the capacity of employees at institutes and faculties for the successful implementation of projects financed through European Union funds, on April 14, 2022, an online workshop was organized on the topic: Implementation of Horizon Europe projects.
The participants of the workshop were acquainted in detail with all the steps and challenges during the implementation of the project, from the phase of signing the contract to the end of the project, and even the life of the project after its formal end. Attendees gained knowledge and skills necessary for successful project implementation related to formal requirements when signing implementation contracts, reporting on project results, various software tools for project management, organizing meetings to check project progress, financial reporting, project audit. In addition to the specific application of knowledge for Horizon Europe projects, participants will be able to apply the knowledge when preparing projects for financing by other international and national funds.
The workshop was attended by 65 representatives of institutions and organizations that are currently implementing or planning the implementation of projects.
